Before recovery - In a cocoon.
For years I struggled with distorted thinking which I "dealt" with by running or drinking.
I had low self-esteem and suffered from PTSD, depression and anxiety.
Through self-examination and working the 12-steps of recovery, I've broken the emotional chains
that kept me from my true self and developed a toolbox of life skills and tips for coping with
life's tougher moments.
I'm committed to sharing the best of what I've learned and teaching others how to live a
healthy, emotional, physical and spiritual life of acceptance and gratitude.
I believe everyone deserves to feel good, to love themselves and pursue their life's purpose!

and the stigma of addiction, to help stop the hiding and start the healing so others don't die quietly
My problem wasn't drinking.
Drinking was my SOLUTION to my problem.
What was my problem? Reality. Life. Me.
