Service Description

My hourly sessions can be used for exploratory or for additional meetings in the three or six month packages. Three months is the minimum recommendation for results, so hourly sessions should be used as an "as needed" and not a substitute for the commitment needed for deep coaching. If you're early in sobriety or using alcohol to self-medicate and want to know how to stop and live a healthy and joyful sober life then signing up for three to six months is strongly advised. In that time period you'll learn tools and coping skills to manage life and combat addictions.
