I'm Karen Rubinstein, a Certified Life Coach with Mastery Certification in Transformational Life Coaching. I help clients discover underlying thoughts that are causing discomfort in their lives - depression, anxiety, fear, sleep disorders or leading to habits of escape such as TV binging or excessive; shopping, eating, alcohol, prescription drugs, etc. By uncovering old thoughts and habits through self-examination, my clients are finding freedom and joy in their daily living.
